Order Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days after dispatch. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier service issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Customers are requested to provide accurate contact details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the order has been handed over to the courier company, Rimal Abaya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services. However, we will assist you in tracking your order when needed.

Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched. Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking number.
