Return & Exchange Policy
At Rimal Abaya, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch; however, if you face any issue with your order, please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
For ready-to-wear items, return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this time will not be entertained.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Tags must be intact
- The product must be free from stains, perfume, smoke, or damage
- Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges for exchanges
Once we receive and approve the returned item, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 4β5 working days
Return & Refund Policy
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
- Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7 working days
- Refunds are made through the original payment method where applicable
- We kindly request customers to place orders carefully, as unnecessary returns affect our operations.
Made-to-Order & Customized Items
All made-to-order or customized abayas are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
In case of a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images. If approved, we will arrange an exchange and cover the shipping costs.
Important Notes
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Orders sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
