Order Cancellation
At Rimal Abaya, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. You can request a cancellation under the following conditions:
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via:
- Email or WhatsApp support
- Provide your order number and details
Our team will confirm your cancellation request.
Refund on Cancelled Orders
- If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued (if prepaid)
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled without charges before shipping
Late Cancellation
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled
- In such cases, you may follow our Exchange or Return Policy after delivery
Changes to Orders
If you need to modify your order (size, color, or address), contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before shipment.
